Beschreibung
  • Heavy-duty steel, powder coat: Withstand tough strongman training and resist wear during repeated log presses.
  • Neutral grip, 6 in from edge, 24.4 in apart: Perform presses that support shoulder and wrist comfort and build overhead strength.
  • Removable 2 in sleeves: Train technique with the log alone, then add Olympic plates to build leg, back, and shoulder power.
  • Smooth rubber-edged openings: Provide comfort during cleans and presses as the log moves from ground to overhead.
  • Two size options: Expand training with 8.625 in, 53 lb or 10.25 in, 68 lb logs to build overhead strength at home.
  • 500 lb max load, drop guidance: Ensure safety; only drop when using crash mats, safety pads, tires, or a combination.
