Used Technogym Kinesis ONE

Kinesis One has all the benefits of Kinesis in a single, stand-alone affordable station with hidden weight stacks. Providing resistance across three planes of movement, it’s also ideal for rehabilitation and personal training.

Create an engaging functional space; the Kinesis One can stand alone anywhere within your facility. This single, space-saving, affordable unit will act as a perfect point of contact between members and the Personal Training service. Kinesis® One leaves your members free to explore a broad range of natural movements to improve functional skills in daily activities.

Simple and Immediate use The user can immediately begin exercising because the ergonomic handle is always ready for use and does not require any prior settings or adjustments. The user simply grabs the handle and it adapts to his or her height.

The Technogym Kineses ONE 3D Pulley system is a patented 360° rotating pulley cable system means users can perform all movements with no interference to forearms from the cables, unlike other traditional machines.
Using FullGravity Technology (patented), users activate complete kinetic chains rather than isolated muscles. This enables integrated, dynamic movements that can be customized and are suited to many different training objectives.
