Used Technogym Excite Vario 700SP Crosstrainer with LED Display

Perhaps one of the most intelligent fitness machines to ever hit the open market, the Technogym Excite Vario 700SP Crosstrainer with LED Display can actually adapt to the user’s movements. For you, this means a workout option in which you—not the machine—actually defines the path of motion, leading to a workout that is very forgiving on the joints and muscles of the body. Moreover, the dual set of handlebars on this intuitive machine—one set that offers movement both forward and back and one that is static—give you the choice of focusing merely on the lower body or engaging the arms as well.

With three simultaneous movements that imitate jogging, running and stair stepping, respectively, the Technogym Excite Vario 700SP Crosstrainer with LED Display will engage every muscle group in the lower body and core, including the all-important gluteus muscles. The machine’s movements also translate to a superb cardiovascular workout that will raise the user’s heart rate and allow them to burn more calories in less time compared to other fitness machines. There are a whopping 26 pre-installed and expertly designed workouts that come standard on the 700SP Crosstrainer. They include fitness test workouts, such as the Gerkin Protocol; calorie burning and fat burning regimens; Constant and Dynamic heart rate control workouts; speed and endurance tests; Interval and Random training; and a manual and quick start function for those who prefer to create their own uniquely designed workout regimen.

The LED display on the Technogym Excite Vario 700SP Crosstrainer enables users to keep track of their heart rate throughout the workout. It also measures—and displays—a full assortment of fitness milestones, such as resistance, speed, calories burned, the total distance covered; METs; and the time elapsed/remaining in the workout. The perfect machine for home and commercial use, the Technogym Excite Vario 700sp Crosstrainer with LED Display will be the last fitness machine you will ever need.
