Used ProMaxima T Row

This is a used ProMaxima T Row, a plate-loaded T-bar row station: you stand on the foot platform, hold the handles at the end of a pivoting bar and row the loaded end toward your chest. It suits garage gyms and small commercial floors that want a heavy back-row station without cables or a weight stack.

What you get

One used ProMaxima T Row frame with handles and foot platform, as photographed. Weight plates are not included.

T-bar row or cable row?

A T-bar row loads with plates and rows on a fixed arc, so it takes heavy weight simply and needs no electricity or stack. A cable row gives a smoother, adjustable line of pull. Many lifters keep one of each; this one covers the heavy side.
