Used Precor Icarian VKR

The Precor Icarian Free Weight Vertical Knee Up/Dip places the user in a comfortable reclined position with angled elbow pads to facilitate multiple exercise movements.

All Precor Icarian FW Benches and racks feature our signature 2" x 4" bent-steel construction for years of dependable use. Our bent-frame design allows dumbbells to travel under the bench freely and the single post tripod design provides greater freedom during use.

A Precor Icarian VKR is, and can best be described as follows: a Vertical Knee Raise, or VKR, also known as a power tower or knee raise station, is a piece of free weight exercise equipment that works to build abdominal and core strength. It usually has a backrest and fore-arm rests, with vertical handles at the ends of the arm rests, and often includes parallel horizontal handles for performing dips, and/or a pull-up bar attached to the top. A recent evolution of this unit includes a Bosu Ball placed at the small of the back, which provides additional cushioning and stretching of the lower back.
