Used Flex Fitness Ab Machine

This is a used Flex Fitness selectorized abdominal machine: a seated crunch station where you curl forward against shoulder pads while a pin-select weight stack sets the resistance. It suits a home gym or small commercial floor that wants a dedicated ab station with a weight stack instead of a cable attachment.

What you get

One used Flex Fitness ab machine with weight stack and pin, as photographed.
