Used Concept 2 Model E Indoor Rower

The Concept 2 Model E Indoor Rower is a very functional piece of workout equipment. The rower gives users an opportunity to receive a full body workout in a single piece of fitness machinery, and its multiple levels of resistance make it perfect for all exercisers, regardless of how far along they are on their fitness journey. The unique flywheel design of this model goes a long way towards minimizing noise. And the smooth, belt-driven operation makes each and every stroke fluid and natural, without the jerking you may experience in similar products of this class.

The Concept 2 Model E Indoor Rower boasts the patented PM5 Performance Monitor, which continuously tracks the user’s heart rate through wireless telemetry. The monitor is also equipped with a longer than expected arm that keeps it in reach. The 20 inch, ergonomically designed seat not only allows the user to row in comfort for the duration of the workout, it also makes it easy to access the machine and disembark once the workout has concluded. A rapid-release frame lock mechanism makes it easy to fold the rower away for quick storage. And the nickel-coated chain mechanism not only resists oxidation and rust, it reduces the need for chain maintenance.

The computer—or display monitor—on the Concept 2 Model E Indoor Rower boasts an enormous collection of easy to use functions and features. From this console, users can select from one of the many pre-installed workouts, play games and even set the computer to provide readouts in multiple languages. Rowers can keep track of a variety of data as they workout, including calories burned, distance, speed, pace, force curve, pace boat, and a bar chart, which helps users remain in the target heart rate. The computer has the ability to save and store workout data—data that can then be transferred to a personal tablet or computer using the convenient USB function.
