True Quickfit Pro

The TRUE QuickFit Pro is a single-tower selectorized functional trainer with six cable engagement points and a pivoting back pad, sized to fit a corner of a home gym, personal-training studio or apartment fitness room. It gives you cable presses, rows, pulldowns, leg work and core work from one compact station.

Is one tower enough for a full workout?

For most home and studio users, yes. The six engagement points cover high, mid and low cable positions, and the back pad lets you press and row against support instead of bracing on your own. Lifters who want a barbell station should add a rack.
