TriggerPoint NANO X Foot Roller

The Nano X is the extra-firm version of Trigger Point’s Nano Foot Roller. Designed for a more intense deep tissue massage, the Nano X maintains the original’s convenient, compact size (6.5" long, 8 ounces) and grooved, 3-D design— recreating the effects of a massage therapist’s fingers for optimal myofascial release.

The Nano X is an ideal portable massaging tool for relieving nagging foot pain, as well as forearm stiffness. You can use it before a workout or a run to stimulate blood flow, or afterwards to help muscles recover faster, reducing the onset of knots and discomfort.
