Beschreibung
  • 3 resistance levels in one set: Light (Rose Pink), Medium (Peach Nude), and Heavy (Tan) — covers warm-up activation, working sets, and progressive resistance for glute training across all fitness levels.
  • Cotton and latex construction: Fabric-wrapped latex bands — the cotton exterior prevents rolling, digging into skin, and the slipping that bare latex resistance bands cause during squats, kickbacks, and hip abductions.
  • Non-slip grip on the inside: Interior texture grip keeps the band in place during lateral walks, jump lunges, squats, and other dynamic movements without readjusting between sets.
  • 14.5 x 3 x 0.5 inch dimensions, 15–80 lb resistance range: The three bands collectively cover light activation work through heavy glute loading — enough resistance variation to use across all stages of a training session.
  • Portable mesh bag included: Stores all three bands compactly — fits in a gym bag, travel bag, or a coat pocket for training anywhere.
  • Gym, home, travel, and warm-up ready: Versatile enough for a full glute session or just a pre-lift activation circuit before squats and deadlifts.
