A Sportgear Olympic Squat Rack is a free weight rack that can be used instead of a spotter to safely assist in weight training exercises such as Squats, Lunges, and Chest Presses. A squat rack is typically comprised of two vertical posts with 4 - 5 bar hooks for different positions, which are designed to hold Olympic bars or barbells and can also come with plate storage systems.
