Beschreibung
  • 2, 3, 4, 5 board heights: Set a stable sticking point from 3 in up to 7.5 in for partial-range bench work that targets chest, triceps, and shoulders.
  • Medium density, rated to 600 lb: Firm foam supports repeated heavy sets and builds confidence pressing under load.
  • Attaches to the bar: Scored channels grip the center of standard and most specialty bars so the block stays put through board-press variations.
  • Overload training tool: Shorten the range of motion to handle bigger weights and train top-end lockout strength.
  • Light and portable: Weighs about a pound and stores in a gym bag -- replaces dragging 2x4s between stations.
