Beschreibung
  • Light resistance band: The Orange #0 delivers 2-15 lbs of tension at 1/4 in wide and 41 in long -- our lightest band, ideal for stretching, mobility, warm-ups, rehab, and shoulder activation.
  • 15-layer natural latex: Made from a single continuous piece of 100 percent natural latex, over 99.9 percent free of soluble latex proteins, for a smooth, consistent tension curve.
  • Assisted pull-ups and dips: Loop it over a bar for light assistance on pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, and muscle-ups, or use it for banded warm-ups and activation.
  • Up to 5x stronger: The 15 continuous layers make Serious Steel bands up to 5 times stronger than molded bands and 2 times stronger than other layered bands.
  • Built to last: A non-toxic protective coating helps prevent dry rot and maintain elasticity, and the inside-and-outside seam is the mark of a true continuous-layer band.
  • Trusted since 1947: Produced from sustainably farmed Sri Lankan latex by a facility trusted by physical therapists, college strength programs, and pro sports teams.
