  • Seven resistance levels: Choose #0 (2-15 lb) through #6 (80-200 lb) or the #0-5 set; each band is 4.5mm thick and 32 in long, sold individually.
  • Ideal for footplates and board systems: The shorter length loads tension earlier for banded deadlifts, squats, and accommodating-resistance work.
