Refurbished Life Fitness Pro 2 Prone Leg Curl

The Life Fitness Pro 2 Series is strength equipment that stands up to pretty much anything while always delivering great results. Pro 2 Series, with its traditional paths of motion, supports exercisers as they push themselves to achieve their goals. The Life Fitness Pro 2 Leg Curl features a divergent angle between the hip and chest pads to minimize lower-back stress while the user is in a prone exercise position, and the standard adjustable start position on the Pro 2 SE model provides five positions for individual preferences.

The Life Fitness Pro 2 Series is a 21-piece line of variable resistance strength equipment that builds upon the success of the Pro series, with added durability, more efficient biomechanics, and more dependable features, such as sturdier steel tubing, precision welds, and stainless steel fasteners. With its easy-to-use numeric seat adjustments, and large, illustrated instructional placards, the Pro 2 series is simple and straightforward enough for beginners, while also providing a superb workout for more experienced exercisers.

A Life Fitness Pro 2 Prone Leg Curl is, and can best be described as follows: A Leg Curl is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of gym equipment available in variations including: Seated, Prone (lying), Bent-over, Kneeling, or Standing, and is designed to strengthen the Hamstrings muscles of the legs during Strength Training.
