Refurbished Hammer Strength MTS Leg Extension

Hammer Strength extends the same Motion Technology of its revolutionary plate-loaded machines to its Motion Technology Selectorized (MTS) equipment. Only Hammer Strength MTS incorporates the biomechanical integrity of patented Iso-lateral technology with the ease and convenience of selectorized weight stacks. The Hammer Strength MTS Iso-lateral Leg Extension features separate weight stacks for independent diverging motion for optimal biomechanics. Start range adjustments allow users to determine their own range of motion, and independent motions provide single-leg training variety. Iso-lateral technology delivers the smoothest converging and diverging arcs of motion in the industry. This allows users to move both limbs at the same time, one at a time, alternating, or with different weights for each.

A Hammer Strength MTS Leg Extension is, and can best be described as follows: A Leg Extension is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of fitness equipment designed to strengthen the Quadriceps muscles of the legs when the user extends the knees and pushes the loaded or selected weight away from the body. The user is typically seated with the legs bent slightly more than 90 degrees and comfortably braced behind an adjustable lower leg pad.
