Precor Vitality Series Pulldown / Seated Row

The Precor Vitality Series Pulldown / Seated Row gives you a lat pulldown and a mid-row on one selectorized weight stack, in the footprint of a single machine. An easy-to-adjust thigh hold-down pad, an extended seat and a foot bar set you up for either exercise, and a lever engages an add-on weight for smaller jumps between plates. It suits home gyms and small studios where one back machine has to do both jobs.

The add-on rides with the stack when you push the lever, so you get an increase smaller than one plate without changing the pin; the other Vitality Series machines we stock use a 5 lb add-on.
