Precor Vitality FID Bench

The Precor Vitality Series FID bench is a flat, incline and decline weight bench with a back pad that moves through a 90-degree range and a seat pad that inclines through 20 degrees, so shoulder presses, incline presses and flat work all sit right. It suits home gyms and club floors, and it is the bench Precor pairs with the FTS Glide functional trainer.

• Seat pad adjustable across a 20-degree range to stop you sliding on incline presses
