Precor GluteBuilder 3D Multi Abductor

The GluteBuilder 3D Multi Abductor is a plate-loaded hip abduction machine whose arc of motion combines abduction with hip external rotation and extension, instead of the flat side-to-side path of a standard abductor. It suits gyms and studios building a glute-focused floor, and home lifters who want a machine, not bands, for hip work.

What you get

• 3D arc of motion: hip abduction with external rotation and extension in one movement
• Adjustable back rest with 7 angle positions to shift the emphasis between gluteus maximus and gluteus medius
• Thigh pads that set as close as 8 inches apart, so there is no gap of unloaded range at the start
• Adjustable starting range of motion to fit each user
• Handles built into the knee pads to set the range and to push inward for an accentuated eccentric
• Band pegs to add resistance at the end range; a plate storage horn next to the loading horn
