What does proMOTION add to the Power Plate pro8?

Cables anchored to the platform, so pressing, rowing and rotational cable work can be done while the plate vibrates. Resistance is electronic and set on the touchscreen rather than with a pin, and the extension kit lengthens the cables for longer movements.
