Power Plate my5 or MOVE: which one?

Pick the my5 if you want handles to hold and a bigger plate for dynamic exercises; pick the MOVE if floor space is tight and you want a platform you can slide out of the way. The my5 runs three fixed frequency settings between 30 and 40 Hz, the MOVE runs six variable modes, and both carry users up to 300 lb.
