Lock-Jaw Flex Metal Collars with Magnets

Lock-Jaw Flex collars are aircraft-grade aluminum barbell collars with a quick-release lock tab and a magnet built into each collar, so they snap onto a rack or rig between sets instead of rolling under the bench. Sold as a pair, they suit any lifter who loads and unloads plates often.

What you get

Two collars. Each has the quick-release tab for one-handed installation and removal, rubber pads on the inside to protect the bar's finish, and a magnet on the outside for storage on steel uprights.

Will the magnet hold on a powder-coated rack?

Yes, as long as the upright is steel under the coating; the magnet is for parking the collar, not for clamping the bar, which is what the lock tab does.
