  • Best for: rubber mats, rolls, and tiles, LVT/LVP, sheet goods, WPC/WSC, cork-backed hard surfaces, cork underlayment, VCT/VET, and rubber/vinyl stair treads.
  • Coverage: approx. 150–180 sq ft per gallon on rubber (1/16-inch square-notch trowel); 220–260 sq ft on sheet goods, non-porous LVT/LVP, and VCT/VET (U-notch); up to 350 sq ft on fiberglass-backed sheet goods (3/8-inch short-nap roller)
  • Traffic: light foot traffic immediately with a PSA install (12 hrs with semi-wet-set); heavy foot traffic at 24 hrs; heavy rolling loads at 48 hrs
  • Moisture: high moisture and alkalinity tolerance (up to 99% RH, pH 5–12, MVER 12 lbs) — note: the 100 is not a moisture vapor barrier and does not protect flooring from slab moisture damage; the concrete needs an intact moisture vapor retarder below it
  • Low-VOC, Greenguard / FloorScore / CRI Green Label Plus certified
  • Available in 1-gallon and 4-gallon pails
