Hoist HF-4550 Preacher Curl

The Hoist HF-4550 preacher curl is a seated preacher curl bench with eight seat positions and two built-in rack-out tiers for the bar. It suits home gyms and studios that want a dedicated curl station with the bar parked at arm's reach.

What you get

The bench with its angled arm pad, an eight-position seat so lifters of different heights can set the pad under the armpits, two rack-out tiers to hold a curl bar or dumbbells between sets, and a non-skid foot surface. Bar and plates are not included.

Why two rack-out tiers?

The lower tier holds the bar at the start of the curl so you lift it straight into position; the upper tier lets you set it down at the top without leaning over the pad.
