Hoist HD-3400 Leg Extension Leg Curl

The Hoist HD-3400 is a selectorized dual-function machine for seated leg extensions and seated leg curls, with separate range-of-motion adjustments for each exercise. Part of Hoist's HD Dual Series, it suits studios, apartment and hotel fitness rooms and home gyms that want two leg exercises in one footprint.

What you get

The machine with eight back pad settings for different leg lengths, a self-aligning roller pad that finds the right position on the shin or calf, and range-of-motion adjustments for both movements. An optional 5 lb weight upgrade (RS-CAGE-NG-OPT3) is available.

Specs

Ships in the lower 48 or local delivery; also available at our Boise showroom.

Do I switch anything between extension and curl?

You change position, not parts: sit forward for extensions, then set the range-of-motion adjuster and roller pad for curls. The self-aligning roller settles into place for either movement.
