The Hoist HD-3000 is a corner-design dual-pulley functional trainer with two 200 lb Silent Steel weight stacks, 32 pulley positions per column and five pull-up grips. It suits commercial and light-commercial facilities, and home gyms that want a full cable station tucked into a corner.

What you get

Two strap handles, a padded ankle/thigh strap, an aluminum curl bar, a dual-attachment aluminum long bar, a dual-attachment long strap and a two-tier accessory shelf. On the frame: an integrated step-up assist to reach the pull-up grips, a dedicated hook for suspension trainers and bands, accessory racks, and steel weight shields around the sides and back of both stacks.

With the 2:1 ratio, each 200 lb stack delivers about 100 lb at the handle, with twice the cable travel of a 1:1 machine.
