Beschreibung

The Glutebuilder Glute Squat is a plate-loaded squat machine with a linear motion path that loads the hips and glutes more than the quadriceps, and a starting weight of 40 lb (18 kg) before any plates go on. It suits commercial gyms, training studios and home gyms building a glute-focused station.

What you get

The machine with an oversized, gas-assisted, non-slip footplate that locks at three angles for glute-focused squats and lunges, and a resistance profile that keeps the load balanced from the bottom of the movement to the top. Weight plates are not included.
