The Freemotion i8 Incline Trainer is a light-commercial treadmill with a 40% incline to -6% decline range, 0 to 12 mph, a 4.25 CHP motor and a pivoting 24-inch HD touchscreen running iFIT. It suits hotel and apartment fitness rooms, studios and home users who want hiking-grade incline indoors.

What you get

The treadmill with its 24 in pivoting and tilting HD touchscreen, a SpringFlex cushioned deck, speed and incline shortcut keys on the display, SmartAdjust (the i8 matches the incline, decline and speed of the iFIT workout and scales it to your level), and a commercial iFIT membership included with the machine, with access to more than 10,000 trainer-led workouts and to streaming services on the screen.

How much ceiling height does 40% incline need?

At full incline the deck raises the running surface well above its flat height, so add your own height to the raised deck before choosing a room.
