Beschreibung

The Freemotion Dual Cable Cross Lite is the compact version of the Genesis dual cable cross: the same heavy-duty steel frame, electrostatic powder coat and swivel pulleys with vertical and horizontal arm rotation, in a smaller footprint. It suits studios, apartment and hotel fitness rooms and home gyms where the full-size unit will not fit.

What you get

The machine with dual swivel pulleys, adjustable arms, instructional placards on the frame and molded rubber floor protectors.

Max user weight 350 lb (159 kg)
Accessibility ADA wheelchair accessible
Frame Heavy-duty steel with electrostatic powder-coated finish; molded floor protectors

Ships in the lower 48 or local delivery; also available at our Boise showroom.

What does the Dual Cable Cross Lite's 3:1 cable ratio mean?

Each plate on the stack adds 3.33 lb at the handle, so the weight changes in small steps and the cable travels three times as far as the stack moves, which is what you want for long, fast functional movements.
