The Bodycraft XFT is a functional trainer with a built-in counter-weighted barbell carriage, so one 61 by 50 inch machine covers guided barbell lifts and dual swivel-pulley cable work. It suits home gyms with limited floor space that still want a barbell station.

What you get

A rotating blue-anodized barbell on a counter-weighted quick-adjust carriage with dual locking levers to lock out fore-aft motion; dual front swivel pulleys with 32 height positions and a laser-cut position window; a multi-grip chin-up bar; a 150 lb weight stack; lower loops for battle ropes and bands; and the accessory kit: long functional bar, sports stick, triceps rope, ankle strap, assisted chin-up strap, two single handles, two chains and five exercise posters. The optional F704 bench and its attachments extend the exercise list.

Yes. It is 83 in tall, which leaves about a foot of clearance under a 96 in ceiling.
