The Bodycraft RFT Pro combines a power rack with a dual-stack functional trainer: pop-pin bar catches and safety spotters for barbell lifts, plus six swivel pulleys and two 150 lb weight stacks for cable work. It suits home gyms and small studios that want barbell and cable training in one footprint.

What you get

A full power rack with vertical bar storage, a multi-grip chin bar, safety spotters and three sets of bar catches (including the utility catches on the front of the spotters); dual front adjustable swivel pulleys with 23 height positions; dual independent swivel low pulleys at the rear; dual independent swivel high pulleys at the top rear; a lat bar and single handles. Optional add-ons: dip handles, battle rope loop, landmine, band pegs, weight storage racks and a utility bench.

Do the weight stacks come standard?

Yes. The RFT Pro ships with two 150 lb stacks; the two 200 lb stacks are an optional upgrade.
