The Bodycraft HFT Pro is a dual-stack functional trainer with two 150 lb weight stacks, stainless steel cable columns with 31 height positions and a multi-grip chin bar, all in a 40 by 55 inch footprint. It suits home gyms and personal-training studios that want cable work for the whole body from one machine.

What you get

Dual contoured single handles, sports stick, long bar, triceps rope, padded ankle cuff, chin/push-up assist strap, a dual heavy-duty 21-link adjustment chain set, an exercise book and a laser-cut workout guide plate on the frame. An upgrade to two 200 lb stacks is available.

How much resistance does a 2:1 ratio give?

Each 150 lb stack delivers about 75 lb at the handle in exchange for longer, faster cable travel; the 200 lb upgrade raises that to about 100 lb per side.

Will it fit under an 8-foot ceiling?

Yes. The frame stands 82 in tall, so it clears a standard 96 in ceiling with room to spare.
