The Bodycraft F703 is a compact flat-to-incline utility bench made to pair with Bodycraft's HFT and PFT functional trainers, and to work on its own with dumbbells or a free-weight system. It suits home gyms where the bench has to roll out of the way between sets.

What you get

The bench with an assist handle that doubles as a stability grip and as a foot brace for exercises such as a mid-row, a seat back that slides up and down to act as a knee hold-down for high pulls, quick pop-pin adjustment and transport wheels.

No. Its six positions run from flat (0 degrees) to an 85-degree incline, so it covers flat, incline and near-vertical seated work but not decline pressing.
